Our free Monday info session is a short, friendly online orientation where you learn about every class we offer and get your questions answered before you pay for anything. It runs every Monday from 5:00 to 5:45 PM Pacific, online. You register on /enroll to get the link.
Who the info session is for
The info session is for anyone thinking about training with The Ayangbah Foundation. You do not need to have applied yet, and there is no cost.
- Job seekers who want a new skill but are not sure which class fits.
- Working adults comparing evening, Saturday and daytime options.
- Small business owners curious about QuickBooks, Excel or government contracting.
- Employers exploring training for their team.
- Parents and young people asking about our free youth programs.
What we cover
In 45 minutes we walk through the main things people want to know:
- Our classes. Career Readiness, Excel & Office, QuickBooks, Conversational Mandarin, the Government Contracting Academy and Friday Contracting Workshops, plus our free programs.
- Schedules. Which classes run in the evening, on Saturdays or during the day, and when the next ones start.
- Formats. Every class is offered both live online from anywhere in the U.S. and in person in downtown San Bernardino.
- Payment options. Paying in full, the installment plan for the Contracting Academy, the Friday workshop 4-pass, and employer-paid training.
- County funding status. Where our Eligible Training Provider List application stands.
- Your questions. Time to ask about your own situation.

- QuickBooks and Excel: evening sections from late November and December 2026, Saturday sections in January 2027. $297 each.
- Friday Contracting Workshops: every Friday 12:00 to 2:00 PM. $97, or a 4-pass for $297.

Is the Monday info session really free?
Yes. The info session is free. Our classes are paid, and we explain prices and payment options during the session.
Do I have to turn on my camera or speak?
You can join however you are comfortable. If you prefer, you can simply listen and type your questions.
What if I cannot make it on a Monday?
There is a session every Monday, so you can join a later week. You can also call or text us any time with questions.
