Train the people who win the contracts.
A 54-hour, portfolio-based course in proposal, RFP and grant development. It prepares entry-level staff to find opportunities, read solicitations, build compliant proposals and manage contracts after award, for both government and commercial buyers.
Advice solves the knowledge problem. It doesn't solve the capacity problem.
Small and midsize organizations know what contracting requires: registrations to renew, notices to monitor, ninety-page solicitations to read, proposals to assemble before fixed deadlines, and deliverables to track for years after award. What they lack is someone whose job it is. So the work is done late, done badly, or not at all, and they stop competing.
This is a workforce shortage, not an advice shortage. This course trains the people who carry that work.
- Vendor-side: prepares staff to support the organization responding to a solicitation, not the agency issuing it
- Dual-sector: government procurement and commercial RFPs taught as one process, with the differences made explicit
- Entry-level access: no prerequisite and no prior industry experience assumed
- Portfolio-based: nine work products that serve as both assessment and job-search material
- Grants included: notices of funding opportunity and grant narratives are built in
One production cycle, nine modules
Students follow the sequence a real proposal team uses: find the opportunity, qualify it, read the solicitation, plan, write, check, submit, then administer what was won.
