Workforce Development & Economic Empowerment
Education must lead to opportunity. At The Ayangbah Foundation, we equip individuals with the skills and resources they need to achieve economic independence.
Our programs focus on entrepreneurship, vocational training, and income-generating initiatives that empower women and youth. We support community-based enterprises—including shea butter production and other small-scale businesses—to create sustainable livelihoods.
Through mentorship, skills training, and business support, we help individuals move from education to employment, and from opportunity to stability.
